Adapt to the Ever Changing



How do we stay open and greet consistent change?

Non-attachment is what I believe I came here to teach and learn. 

Suffering is our resistance to the way things are and when we greet the moment as it is, we have less resistance, and more capacity to make healthy choices that align with peace, connection & love. 

Santosha, 'Contentment' is a main tenant of our yoga practice.

To be with things as they are, not as we wished or hoped they'd be. 

 

A question I often like to ask is:

Who would I be right now if I gave up what I'm currently about?

The answer I find is: S P A C E.

Then from that place, I can choose what to fill that space with... 

 

Connection

✨ Love

✨ Peace
