WELCOME TO ATHA YOGA

A place to learn and practice with Danielle Rinallo, a dedicated student and caring teacher based in Syracuse & Rochester, NY. Danielle helps students tap into the present moment and explore freedom in movement to experience heartfelt self-expression and peace.

Get Moving, Now.

Welcome! Atha means now, it’s the first word in the Yoga Sutras: the main text imparting the wisdom and philosophy of this practice.

We all know that movement is medicine. Here we explore ways to move that enliven the body, care for the mind, and soothe the spirit.

This is your practice. In each class you’ll be inspired and empowered to make choices that nourish you for that moment and be guided and supported along the way.

Hi! 👋🏼 Danielle Here.

I fell in love with yoga in 2009 when I moved to California for my corporate job and sought a pathway to balance, well-being, and fulfillment. The flowing vinyasa practice reminded me of my days growing up in the dance studio and drawn to learn more, I immediately signed up for my first 200 hour teacher training. That training opened the door to the fullness of this practice and I’m incredibly grateful to share the movement, philosophy, and practice with you.

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

This is my favorite way to share yoga with you!

We go deep and connect hard. Together we uncover the beauty and challenges of this practice and you’ll learn to share it forward with meaningful integrity.
